Bible Reading & Prayer
We believe that reading the Bible is a brilliant way to deepen our relationship with God. And one of the few things better than reading the Bible is reading the Bible with friends. To do this, we make use of the Bible App. The app is a pretty handy portable Bible, with lots of translations and other tools. It also allows us to read the same passages as each other, and to engage in a shared conversation about what we've read that day.

To join in, you will need the app, which you can download via Bible.com - there's Apple, Android and Kindle versions.

Once you've installed the app, search for Crediton Congregational and set it as 'My Church'. We'll then invite you to join in with the current Bible-reading plan.

We also recommend a few other ways to engage with the Bible or to help you with your prayer life.

Pray as You Go - a daily time of prayer and reflection (of around ten minutes), available online or through an app.
Lectio 365 - an app from 24/7 prayer, inviting you to pray in the morning, at midday and in the evening.
Bread - a year-long Bible-reading plan with an accompanying journal; buy it online, or download a copy for free.
